Tilda Tag with butterflies

Ciao a tutti,
manco da un po' dal mio amatissimo blog, purtroppo ultimamente non sono stata  bene e ho dovuto impegnare il mio tempo in tutt'altre cose, comunque non ho abbandonato lo scrap (non sia mai!!! :D) e la nuova passione che coltivo da un po' in background ovvero la mixed media art.
Ringrazio di cuore tutte le mie followers che malgrado la lunga assenza non mi hanno abbandonato, grazie a tutte voi per il vostro sostegno
Da oggi avrei intenzione di farvi vedere qualche lavoretto che ho fatto e dei quali non ho postato le foto.

Iniziamo con una tag che ho fatto per una sfida del Marvelous Magnolia Challenge blog più di un mese fa. E' una tag abbastanza semplice con naturalmente al centro una Tilda

A Tag for Xmas - DTwork for Marvelous Magnolia challenge

Hello dear all,
lately I have been a bit away from my beloved hobby, anyway I couldn't miss the DT appointment with the new Marvelous Magnolia challenge. This weeks' theme is "Anything goes Christmas", so if you are in full preparation of Christmas stuff this is your challenge, come and join us!!!
I chose to make a tag with one of my favourite Christmas colours, the gold one, the Magnolia image is a cute Edwin I found in the Christmas club kit of the last year (I don't remember the name), the patterned papers are MME, the poisettas and leaves are two Magnolia dies and the clock die is the super famous Tim Holtz Weathered Clock that I embossed with Stampendous Vintage Gold.

A daydreamer year book

Oggi vorrei mostrarvi qualcosa di diverso da un card... Siiii, sto parlando dello Smashing... :).
Alla fine dello scorso anno ho comprato alcuni Smash book tra i quali lo  "Smash 365 Folio".
La mia idea era di fare almeno due o tre pagine al mese durante l'anno, ma non avevo calcolato la mia disponibilità di tempo... ho finito la copertina qualche tempo fa ma sono molto in ritardo col mio programma di lavoro. Ora non so se sia meglio iniziare a questo punto dell'anno o lasciare stare per ora e cominciare il tutto il prox anno. Nello stesso tempo ho in cantiere altri Smash Book, diversi, oltre che nei contenuti, anche nello stile un po' più attuale (più smash?!).
In ogni caso ecco a voi la copertina del "The daydreamer (sono io! :)) year book!". Spero vi piaccia!

Today I'd like to show you something different from a card...Yesss, I'm talking about smashing... :).
At the end of the last year I bought some Smash books and between them there was the "Smash 365 Folio". My project was to make at least two or three pages at month during this year, but I overestimated my spare time... I finished the cover some time ago but I got behind my working plan. Now I don't know if it's better to start my pages at this point of the year or give it up and start again next year. In the meantime I'm planning other Smash books in a different style, more up-to-date (more smash?!).
Anyway this is the cover of "The daydreamer (me! :)) year book!" Hope you like it!

A Xmas wall hanging - DT for Copic Marker Europe

Ciao a tutti cari amici blogger,
oggi vorrei mostrarvi un nuovo progetto che ho fatto per il DT del  Copic Marker Europe blog.
Stalvolta è qualcosa di diverso da una card, tutto è nato per caso perchè mi piacciono molto le tag in ogni forma immaginabile, e quando ho comprato un pacco di grandi manila tag (4.125" x 8.5" circa 10,5 cm x 21,5 cm) ho deciso di fare una card particolare ma il lavoro è cresciuto e alla fine ho fatto questa decorazione da parete, il tema ovviamente è l'inverno e il Natale.

today I'd like to show you a new project I made for the DT for Copic Marker Europe blog. 

This time it's something different from a card, everything born by chance because I really love tags in every shape you can imagine, and when I bought a pack of big manila tags (4.125" x 8.5") I decided to make a sort of a card, but the work grew and in the end I made this big wall hanging, the theme is obviously winter- Christmas.

Ho utilizzato un'immagine di  “Crafts and me” chiamata “Gift of winter”, molto affascinante e deco, le carte sono di Prima, i dies sono di Memory Box ”Frostyville Border” e Spellbinder “Floral oval”.

I used an image by “Crafts and me” called “Gift of winter”, a very enchanting and  old-fashioned image, the papers are from Prima, the dies are Memory Box ”Frostyville Border” and Spellbinder “Floral oval”.

Ogni serratura può nascondere un segreto ma noi abbiamo la chiave... / Every lock can hide a secret but we have got the key….

Ho aggiunto al lavoro due elementi utili, un calendarietto e alcuni fogli di  post-it con una piccola matita.
Così questo wall hanging è una decorazione per la casa ma anche un oggetto utile se si vuole scrivere un appunto veloce:

I added two little useful pieces, a calendar and some post-it sheets with a little pencil. So this wall hanging is an home decoration but also a useful object for a quick note of the day:

A tag for a baby girl

Ciao a tutti cari amici blogger,
questo Martedì la sfida al Deep Ocean ha un tema che mi piace tantissimo: "Pastel colors - Colori Pastello", non pensate sia un tema veramente stimolante?
Il mio lavoro è una tag che ho fatto per celebrare la nascita di Sophia, la bambina della dolcissima Lydia , una bambina meravigliosa!! E' nata un mese fa, e da allora ho cercato di fare una card per lei ma sfortunatamente ogni volta che iniziavo a lavorarci sopra accadeva qualcosa che richiedeva tutta la mia attenzione. Alla fine sono riuscita a trovare abbastanza tempo per lavorare ma ho pensato che fosse troppo tardi per una card di nascita, e ho deciso di fare una tag.
L'ho appena spedita, scusa il ritardo Lydia!!!

this Tuesday the Deep Ocean challenge has got a theme I like most: "Pastel colors", really an inspirational theme, isn't it?
My work is a tag I made to celebrate Sophia's birth, sweet Lydia's baby girl, a fabulous baby girl!! She was born one month ago and since then I've tried to make a card for her but unfortunately every time I started to work on it something happened to take away all my attention. Finally I found time enough to work but I thought it was too late for a birth card, so I decided to  make a tag.
I've just sent it, sorry Lydia for the late!!!
