A baby is a blessing - For Ella

Ciao a tutti,
questo martedì la sfida al Deep Ocean è un po' diversa poichè vogliamo festeggiare la nostra amica Louise che è diventata mamma per la seconda volta pochi giorni fa. Ha avuto una bambina di nome Ella, veramente una bimba favolosa!!!
Così oggi c'è un blog hop per celebrarla!
Il tema è ... ANYTHING GOES!  Solo per questa volta potete partecipare al challenge con un solo biglietto.
Per il mio  biglietto ho scelto la bella immagine di neonato di Magnolia. Anche le carte sono di Magnolia, mentre i dies sono di Magnolia, Cheery Lynn Designs e Memory Box.

this Tuesday the Deep Ocean challenge is a bit different 'cause we want to celebrate our friend Louise who become mum few days ago for the second time. She had a baby girl called Ella, really a fab baby!!!
So today there is a blog hop to celebrate her!
The theme of the hop is... ANYTHING GOES! Just this ones you can enter the challenge with only one card.

For my card I choose the gorgeous baby image by Magnolia. Also the papers are Magnolia, the dies are Magnolia,  Cheery Lynn Designs and Memory Box.

The enchanted love garden

Ciao a tutti cari amici blogger,
oggi vorrei mostrarvi la seconda card che ho fatto per il Copic Marker Europe DT.
Ho scelto un altro soggetto "verde", forse perchè a Roma quest'anno l'estate è molto calda, e qualche volta mi ritrovo a sognare a occhi aperti luoghi freschi e incantati.


Questa volta ho deciso di usare un delizioso timbro della LOTV “Time to treasure”, mi piacciono veramente queste immagini, sono una specie di schizzo in miniatura che con un sottile disegno riescono ad esprimere i sentimenti di un momento. Così ho cercato di colorarle allo stesso modo, con la sottile punta di un Copic Marker.

today I'd like to share with you all the second card I made for Copic Marker Europe DT.

I choose another “green” subject, perhaps because here in Rome the summer is very hot, up to 40°C, so sometimes I find myself  to daydream about warm and enchanting places. 

This time I decided to use a gorgeous LOTV image “Time to treasure”, I really love  these images, they are a sort of thumbnail sketch that with a thin drawing can express the feelings of the moment.  So I try to colour them in the same way, with the tip of a Copic marker.

A Sunday in the country - Copic Marker Europe DT!!

Ciao a tutti cari amici blogger,
sono molto emozionata perchè oggi ho una grande notizia da darvi... sto postando la mia prima card come DT per il Copic Marker Europe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Qualche tempo fa Diny Sprakel mi ha mandato una email e mi ha chiesto se volevo far parte del CME DT team per i prossimi 6 mesi. Wow!!! Non potevo credere che fosse vero!!! 
Grazie alle favolose Signore del CME per avermi chiamato!

Per la mia card ho deciso di usare una immagine molto carina di Magnolia “Tilda with Tulips” e ho aggiunto come background un altro timbro di Magnolia chiamato “Open gate”. Le carte sono le mie amate MME.
Credo che questo tipo di vecchie immagini di Magnolia abbiano una particolare ingenua dolcezza. Così ho colorato questa graziosa scena in modo da enfatizzarla.

I’m very thrilled because I've got a great news today ... I’m posting the first card I made as Copic Marker Europe DT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Some times ago Diny Sprakel emailed me  and she asked me if I would like to join the CME DT team for the next 6 months. Wow!!! I couldn't believe it was true!!!
Thanks to the fab CME Ladies for having me!

For my card I decided to use a very cute Magnolia image “Tilda with Tulips” and I added as background another Magnolia stamp called “Open gate”. The paper are my beloved MME.
I think that those kind of old Magnolia images have got a particular ingenuous sweetness. So I colored this pretty scene in a way of emphasize it.

In effetti ho creato la tag in modo che possa essere usata anche come bookmark... è carina, non è vero?

Rest on the Horizon

Ciao a tutti miei cari amici blogger,
l'ultimo fine settimana a Roma è stato veramente bollente (40°), e ancora il caldo non ha intenzione di demordere. Così, intrappolati in blocchi di cemento brucianti, come si fa a non sognare il mare?
La nuova sfida al Deep Ocean mi ha dato la possibilità di esprimere il mio sogno, in effetti il tema di questa quindicina è... "Mare d'amore".
Ho colorato il nuovo timbro digitale della Crafts and Me intitolato "Rest on the Horizon", l'immagine di questa giovane sirena ha una tale atmosfera incantata!
Lasciatemi dire che la foto non rende in parte la colorazione, "dal vivo" la figura è più luminosa e il mare, che avevo deciso di colorare in toni leggeri in modo che non sovrastasse la sirena, sembra confuso. Ho cercato di fare una foto più luminosa con risultati peggiori... va bene... la prossima volta cambierò la gradazione di colori.

last weekend in Rome had been very very hot (40°C), and still now the high temperature hasn't got the good design of getting cool. So, trapped in such burning cement blocks,  how can't we dream for seaside? The new challenge at Deep Ocean give me a chance to express my dream, in fact the theme of this forthnight is... "Sea of love"
I inked up the new digi stamp by Crafts and Me called "Rest on the Horizon", the image of this young mermaid has got such an enchanted atmosphere!
Let me say the pic doesn't work well with colouring, "on live" the figure is more bright and the sea, that I decided to colour softly in order not to drown the mermaid, seems confused. I tried to catch a more bright pic with worst result... Ok... next time I will change the colours gradation.
